Night Lab Games collects as little as possible. If you join our newsletter, we store the email address you give us, where on the site you signed up, and — if you asked about a specific title — which one. That is the whole record.

We use that information to send development updates, beta invitations and release news. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe, which removes your address from our records.

We measure how the site is used in aggregate so we can improve it. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.
